  • I started this journey a different person to who I am now. 

    I had my past affecting my future. I lacked self confidence, I had past trauma effecting my views on life, I also masked my own emotions to people please.

    I would find as a result I held anger and resentment. I would scroll my days away on my phone and not be present.

    My kids as much as I loved them and they are my whole world had a unhealed version of myself. I snapped, got irritated easy and I was not present it felt like I was just going through the motions of parenting.

  • I have just completed my first healing program with Sophia and it was amazing!! 

    I was a little hesitant to join the group to start with. I wasnt sure what to expect and I wasnt sure how I would find the time etc.

    Every session we did I found out something new about myself.
